Ostéochondromatose primitive L'ostéochondromatose résulte d'une métaplasie primitive de la synoviale qui produit des nodules cartilagineux. Ils sont, dans un premier temps, enchassés dans la synoviale épaissie puis libérés dans l'articulation entraînant une arthropathie secondaire.
